Comprende is a fully local application. Your source code never leaves your machine. This Privacy Policy explains what limited information we do collect and how we handle it.

What Comprende Collects
Comprende is designed to operate locally on your device. The only network communications Comprende makes are:
License validation heartbeat to our licensing provider (approximately every 24 hours)
Optional anonymous, aggregated usage analytics if you explicitly opt in
Your source code, comprehension scores, session history, and any other content generated through your use of Comprende stays on your machine. We never see it, store it, or transmit it.
Website Log Files
comprende.dev follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit the website. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks.
These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends and administering the site.
Cookies
comprende.dev may use cookies to store visitor preferences and optimize the user experience. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics services.
Third-Party Services
Comprende interacts with the following third-party services:
Stripe for payment processing
Keygen for license validation
These services have their own privacy policies. We do not control how they handle your data beyond what we send them, which is limited to the minimum required for payment and license validation. We do not share your data with advertisers.
Children's Information
Comprende is not designed for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately and we will remove it from our records.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and notify you through the application or our website. We will not reduce your rights under this policy without giving you notice.
